  4. Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, simply log into your account on our website and navigate to your Order History. Select the item you wish to return and follow the instructions to submit a refund request. Our system will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Once your refund request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Please note:

  1. The cost of return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped.
  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Royal Beauty is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

5. Refunds and Processing

After we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the refund criteria, we will process your refund. Please note that:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  2. It may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
  3. If you paid via a third-party service (like PayPal), the refund will be processed back through that service.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the refund process and place a new order once your refund is issued. We do not handle direct exchanges.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement. You can easily submit a request through your order history in our store, where you will be guided through the process for returning damaged items and receiving a replacement or refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the specified processing time, please check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be delays. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please visit your account to review the status of your refund request.
